Product Designer (PT-based)
Welcome to Nutrium
Before you apply, here's the key thing: our mission is to promote global well-being by making quality 1:1 nutrition accessible to everyone.
A lot has changed since we started, but our mission is still at the heart of everything we do: it's written in our culture book, in our proposals, in our docs, and it guides every decision we make.
It's also what allowed us, for years, to improve the experience of nutrition professionals and their patients through the world's #1 nutrition counseling platform. But we didn't stop there.
Today, with Nutrium Care, we're taking the next step: bringing real, personalized nutrition to people anytime, anywhere, and helping them build healthier, happier lives.
Along the way, we raised our Series A and surpassed €15M in funding, partnered with global leaders like Vodafone, Adidas, Wellhub, Linde, and reached millions of people around the world.
From day one, we also knew something else: building this future would take more than great tech. It would take a place where talented people can grow, feel supported, and actually enjoy the journey along the way.
You go first
We're proud of our journey so far, and we believe there's space for more people to shine, challenge us, and help shape what comes next.
⭐ What you will bring
Design sits at the centre of how people experience Nutrium, whether they're a dietitian running their practice or someone taking a first step toward better nutrition through Nutrium Care. As we grow both products, we're looking for a Product Designer to help shape what comes next.
⭐ What you will be doing
Own and drive the end-to-end design process for new features and product improvements;
Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Product Designers to translate business and user needs into intuitive solutions;
Lead user research and usability testing to validate concepts and surface insights that inform design decisions;
Evolve and maintain our design system to keep the product visually consistent and scalable;
Bring fresh thinking by staying current with UX and UI trends, tools, and best practices.
⭐ You might be a great fit if you...
Are fluent in English and Portuguese;
Have 2 to 4 years of experience in user-centred design, with a strong portfolio of thoughtful, effective digital experiences;
Know Figma inside out, including design systems and Auto Layout;
Are comfortable running user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate and improve your work;
Can communicate and defend design decisions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Bring a sharp eye for detail and a solid grasp of interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design;
Thrive in a fast-paced environment where your input genuinely shapes the product;
Have some familiarity with Webflow (a nice plus!).
