Senior Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist
Welcome to Nutrium
Before you apply, here's the key thing: our mission is to promote global well-being by making quality 1:1 nutrition accessible to everyone.
A lot has changed since we started, but our mission is still at the heart of everything we do: it's written in our culture book, in our proposals, in our docs, and it guides every decision we make.
It's also what allowed us, for years, to improve the experience of nutrition professionals and their patients through the world's #1 nutrition counseling platform. But we didn't stop there.
Today, with Nutrium Care, we're taking the next step: bringing real, personalized nutrition to people anytime, anywhere, and helping them build healthier, happier lives.
Along the way, we raised our Series A and surpassed €15M in funding, partnered with global leaders like Vodafone, Adidas, Wellhub, Linde, and LinkedIn, and reached millions of people around the world.
From day one, we also knew something else: building this future would take more than great tech. It would take a place where talented people can grow, feel supported, and actually enjoy the journey along the way.
You go first
We're proud of our journey so far, and we believe there's space for more people to shine, challenge us, and help shape what comes next.
⭐ What you will bring
As the Growth & Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll help drive Nutrium's growth in the U.S. market across both B2B (Corporate Benefits) and SaaS.
You will own paid media and acquisition channels end-to-end, running and optimizing campaigns for HR teams, Total Rewards leaders, Benefits Brokers, and dietitians, with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact.
This is a hands-on role, with room to take ownership, shape strategy, and make a real impact on millions of lives.
⭐ What you will be doing
Own and scale paid media channels, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
Optimize campaigns with a clear focus on SQLs, opportunities, and pipeline impact, not just lead volume.
Initially, take a hands-on role in creating, testing, and iterating ad copy and messaging across channels.
Work closely with Sales and other stakeholders to improve lead quality and overall pipeline efficiency.
Support broader marketing initiatives when needed, bringing a flexible and proactive approach.
⭐ You might be a great fit if you...
Have 3–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on driving measurable growth.
Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns, with hands-on ownership of performance marketing initiatives.
Manage and scale LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns targeting B2B audiences, from setup through ongoing optimization.
Own performance across the full funnel, from traffic and lead generation to SQLs and pipeline impact.
Analyze performance data and key metrics to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and continuously improve results.
Work autonomously and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Stay curious and experimental, always looking for new growth opportunities.
Leverage experience selling into U.S. markets, particularly within HR, People, Benefits, or adjacent B2B audiences (strong plus).
Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
Are based in Portugal.
