CRM Lifecycle Manager
Welcome to Nutrium
Before you apply, here's the key thing: our mission is to promote global well-being by making quality 1:1 nutrition accessible to everyone.
A lot has changed since we started, but our mission is still at the heart of everything we do: it's written in our culture book, in our proposals, in our docs, and it guides every decision we make.
It's also what allowed us, for years, to improve the experience of nutrition professionals and their patients through the world's #1 nutrition counseling platform. But we didn't stop there.
Today, with Nutrium Care, we're taking the next step: bringing real, personalized nutrition to people anytime, anywhere, and helping them build healthier, happier lives.
Along the way, we raised our Series A and surpassed €15M in funding, partnered with global leaders like Vodafone, Adidas, Wellhub, Linde, and LinkedIn, and reached millions of people around the world.
From day one, we also knew something else: building this future would take more than great tech. It would take a place where talented people can grow, feel supported, and actually enjoy the journey along the way.
You go first
We're proud of our journey so far, and we believe there's space for more people to shine, challenge us, and help shape what comes next.
⭐ What you will bring
As a CRM Lifecycle Manager, you will play a key role in improving patient retention and long-term engagement across Nutrium's platform. We support people who want to improve their eating habits and health, guided by a nutritionist throughout their journey — and we know that sustaining lifestyle changes isn't always easy.
This role exists to ensure patients feel supported at the moments that matter most. You will own the analysis and optimization of the patient lifecycle, turning drop-off points into data-driven strategies through CRM automation and by enabling Nutrium's network of nutritionists.
This is a hands-on role with strong autonomy and early people leadership responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive lifecycle impact across Nutrium's main markets, including Brazil and the U.S., with the opportunity to build and lead a CRM/lifecycle team over time.
⭐ What you will be doing
Analyze user behavior and lifecycle data to identify drop-offs, churn risks, recovery opportunities, and growth signals;
Design, run, and optimize CRM journeys and automations, owning key metrics such as retention, engagement, churn, and LTV;
Turn data and frontline insights into practical CRM initiatives and automated communications;
Run lifecycle experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas and improve performance;
Guide and support manual patient outreach, connecting frontline actions with CRM automation;
Help shape the CRM function by defining processes, best practices, and scalable lifecycle approaches.
⭐ You might be a great fit if you...
Have 4+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or customer engagement roles;
Have hands-on experience building and running CRM lifecycle automations using tools like Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, Braze, FastTrack, or similar;
Use Excel and BI or analytics tools (e.g. Power BI or similar) to analyze data and share insights;
Have a strong analytical mindset and continuously look for ways to improve processes, using lifecycle metrics such as retention, churn, engagement, and LTV to guide decisions and measure impact;
Work well with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Nutrition;
Support and mentor teammates, and want to grow into a people management role over time;
Are proactive, take ownership, and continuously look for ways to test, learn, and improve;
Have experience in healthcare, digital health, insurers, or hospital environments (a plus);
Feel comfortable operating across multiple markets, including Brazil and the U.S.;
Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
