⭐ What you will bring
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you'll be on the front line of Nutrium's patient experience, supporting people who want to improve their eating habits and health with the guidance of a nutritionist.
In this role, you'll proactively engage patients who have discontinued their nutrition journey, reconnect with them when it matters most, and help them feel motivated to continue with Nutrium.
This is a hands-on, call-focused role where execution matters. You'll follow defined call strategies, capture and report patient feedback, and help improve retention strategies and the overall journey through meaningful, patient-centered conversations.
⭐ What you will be doing
Support Nutrium's retention goals by engaging patients through outbound calls, clarifying questions, and guiding them back to their nutrition journey;
Engage patients in empathetic, professional conversations to understand their needs, concerns, and reasons for disengagement;
Accurately document call outcomes, feedback, and key insights in the CRM;
Identify recurring themes, objections, and pain points from user conversations, and share these insights with the team to help improve patient flows and overall experience.

Have 2+ years of experience in call center or outbound customer contact roles;
Handle rejection well and keep a positive, professional attitude;
Manage high-volume phone conversations while delivering a consistent, respectful, and patient-centered experience;
Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally;
Listen actively and identify patterns, objections, and key insights;
Document information accurately and consistently in a CRM;
Share feedback and insights confidently with managers and cross-functional teams;
Handle sensitive conversations with empathy and emotional intelligence;
Stay organized, reliable, and consistent when handling repetitive tasks;
Care about improving the patient experience in a health-related context;
Have experience in healthcare environments (health plans, hospitals, clinics, or health tech) — a plus;
Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in written and spoken English;
Live in Brazil.

Monthly gross salary range: R$2,500 – R$4,000, depending on your experience
Contract type: Full-time employment contract under Brazil's CLT
