People & Talent Specialist
Welcome to Nutrium
Before you apply, here's the key thing: our mission is to promote global well-being by making quality 1:1 nutrition accessible to everyone.
A lot has changed since we started, but our mission is still at the heart of everything we do. It's written in our culture book, in our proposals, in our docs, and it guides every decision we make.
It's also what allowed us, for years, to improve the experience of nutrition professionals and their patients through the world's #1 nutrition counseling platform. But we didn't stop there.
Today, with Nutrium Care, we're taking the next step: bringing real, personalized nutrition to people anytime, anywhere, and helping them build healthier, happier lives.
Along the way, we raised our Series A and surpassed €15M in funding, partnered with global leaders like Vodafone, Adidas, Wellhub, and Linde, and reached millions of people around the world.
From day one, we also knew something else: building this future would take more than great tech. It would take a place where talented people can grow, feel supported, and actually enjoy the journey along the way.
You go first
We're proud of our journey so far, and we believe there’s space for more people to shine, challenge us, and help shape what comes next.
⭐ What you will bring
As Nutrium grows across different countries, our People team is growing with it. We're looking for a People & Talent Specialist who can move fluidly across recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, someone who brings structure to the candidate and new-hire experience while helping us build a culture people genuinely want to be part of.
If you enjoy variety, like owning a process from start to finish, and want a role where recruitment, onboarding, and culture-building all live under one hat, this is for you.
⭐ What you will be doing
Own full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple teams, partnering with hiring managers to understand the role, team dynamics, and success criteria;
Drive structured, behaviour-based interviews that reflect our culture and values, and keep ATS pipelines clean and up to date;
Support onboarding and offboarding, from admission documentation to scheduling sessions and internal communications;
Help organise internal initiatives such as training, events, and wellbeing programmes, and coordinate operational logistics like employee trips and team events;
Contribute to employer branding efforts and partner with the People & Talent Specialist to make Nutrium an even better place to work;
Provide day-to-day support with HR administration: maintain employee records, update policies, and support internal communications;
Partner with the team to help make Nutrium an even better place to work.
⭐ You might be a great fit if you...
Have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field;
Have 2-4 years of experience in an HR, People, or recruitment role;
Have managed a recruitment process from sourcing through to offer;
Are comfortable with the practical side of onboarding and offboarding processes;
Bring energy and ideas to employee engagement and employer branding;
Are fluent in Portuguese and English;
Are organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling several moving pieces at once;
Are proactive, bringing solutions along with any problem you raise;
Have the energy and resilience to make things happen in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing;
Are based in northern Portugal;
Have an "AI-native" mindset and are excited to bring intelligent tools into your everyday work.
