Business Development Representative (BR-based)
Welcome to Nutrium
Before you apply, here's the key thing: our mission is to promote global well-being by making quality 1:1 nutrition accessible to everyone.
A lot has changed since we started, but our mission is still at the heart of everything we do: it's written in our culture book, in our proposals, in our docs, and it guides every decision we make.
It's also what allowed us, for years, to improve the experience of nutrition professionals and their patients through the world's #1 nutrition counseling platform. But we didn't stop there.
Today, with Nutrium Care, we're taking the next step: bringing real, personalized nutrition to people anytime, anywhere, and helping them build healthier, happier lives.
Along the way, we raised our Series A and surpassed €15M in funding, partnered with global leaders like Vodafone, Adidas, Wellhub, and MDS, and reached millions of people around the world.
From day one, we also knew something else: building this future would take more than great tech. It would take a place where talented people can grow, feel supported, and actually enjoy the journey along the way.
You go first
We're proud of our journey so far, and we believe there's space for more people to shine, challenge us, and help shape what comes next.
⭐ What you will bring
As a Business Development Representative, you will be at the forefront of Nutrium Care’s commercial growth in Brazil, responsible for qualifying leads and generating new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
You will be the person connecting companies to our mission, showing how investing in employee nutrition is not just a benefit, it’s a strategy! This is a hands-on role where curiosity, resilience, and communication matter just as much as results.
You will also play an active role in the actual rollout of Nutrium Care within client companies: participating in on-site activations and benefit implementations, being there in person to ensure the experience starts in the best possible way.
⭐ What you will be doing
Engage prospects and identify potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative channels (outbound prospecting);
Work inbound leads with speed and intention, qualifying opportunities, and moving them forward in the pipeline;
Manage expectations, overcome objections, and clearly communicate the value of Nutrium Care;
Meet or exceed targets for qualified meetings booked;
Demonstrate Nutrium’s value by explaining to companies the importance of our mission;
Be a trusted reference across key sectors, connecting industries and regions to generate value and new opportunities;
Continuously build and nurture relationships with prospects through industry events.

Are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can adapt your message to different audiences;

Can analyze and work with data to build smart prospecting strategies;
Think outside the box and bring creative solutions to complex challenges;
Are based in (or near) São Paulo and available for occasional travel;
Are available to participate in on-site client activations when needed.
⭐ It's a plus if you...
Have a proven track record in business development, sales, account management, or corporate relationship management;
